Do I need to have my content and Images ready before the start date?

All content and images are due on or before your project start date unless discussed before the start. If the content is not ready by the project start date, this will result in the project's postponement. You will be charged a rescheduling fee, and your project will be moved to a later date.

Do you offer payment plans?

I absolutely offer payment plans for all services and templates over $299. Payment plan options with me listed on the checkout page.

***Custom Branding & Website Customization a 50% deposit is due 3 days after the contract is signed. The second 50% payment is due on the start date of the project.***

Is the deposit refundable?

No. The deposit is used to book your project and hold your space.  Because the deposit is what books your spot that means that I have turned down someone else or may even leave an empty spot.  The deposit is your commitment to do business with me.

What is the turn around time for a project?

The average turn around is 4-6 weeks for most projects, unless you are booking an intensive, VIP Day, in a week services.  If you are booking any type of call please review the scheduler for the next available dates.

Do you offer expedited or rushed services?

Yes, we offer expedited services for website template customization and custom branding.  If you are looking for expedited service please schedule a discovery call them you submit your contact form.  It is very important to me that I have the time available to dedicated the time your project deserves.

No, we do not offer rush services (ie. content isn't ready for start date and now we are working on a shortened timeframe due to missing content) for projects that originally scheduled for 4-6 weeks.

Every project is different and I want to do everything I can to help you enjoy this process and launch something you are proud to have representing you and your brand. The key in this good communication, it truly makes all the difference in the world so if something ever comes up please just let me know.

What is the difference between wordmark, submark, alternate & favicon logos?

Wordmark Logo: this is a font-based logo and works well for brand identification. Think of brands like Google, Coca-Cola, and Visa. You will receive a main and an alternate logo as part of your branding package. The alternate logo will give you options.

Submark Logo: This is a simplified version of your logo and used in places like your website photo or on social media posts if you want to brand them.

Favicon: It is sometimes also referred to as an image logo. The favicon is a small, often square image used as a brand identifier in your web browser. This image shows on the left side of the browser tab.

Branding is about more than a logo, color palette, and fonts. When your brand is complete, you encompass a tone and how your message is portrayed to your clients. Don't get stuck on your brand. Knowing how you will communicate with your audience comes with time and practice. You will not have this figured out at the beginning BUT still, start!

What do I need to have ready before we start?

You will want to have completed the Branding Strategy questionnaire. A Pinterest board with aesthetic ideas can help create a visual representation of your brand vision. Finally, having a general understanding of your audience and how you want to communicate with them is very beneficial.

What is a Mood board?

A mood board is simply a group of images, colors, fonts, and designs often put on a single page to convey the feeling of a project or brand. In branding, it sets a mood for how you want your audiences to feel when they interact with your marketing and services.

What happens if I'm still not happy with my branding after 2 revisions?

I work very hard to ensure that 99% of this is not an issue. The Branding Strategy questionnaire is essential to complete before we start working on your branding. This is a deep dive into ensuring we are on the same page with your brand's direction. If we cannot nail it in with the two included revisions, I will bill further edits at my current hourly rate.

Showit integrates with WordPress for blogging. There is NO doubt that WordPress is the most powerful blogging platform BUT designing your site or blog is not easy. With Showit, you get all the simple design features on the front end and the power of WordPress for blogging.

No!  These template are built specifically for Showit.  This is actually a good thing as Showit is the more powerful web design and hosting platform.  When you pair it with WordPress for your blog. There just isn't another platform that gives you the tools and ease of use that Showit has available.

Can you customize my template for me?

These templates are simple to customize, even if you're not techy, and do come with a complete course to help you every step of the way. That is the beauty of Showit, it's simple to use.

The only other cost will be your Showit Subscription, and this is where you will customize your template and host your new website. Finally, you will need your actual website URL, which means you will need to purchase a domain.
